ABSTRACTVirioplankton marine ecosystems largest number of organisms, plays an important role in biogeochemical cycles, can affect the microbial loop in C, N flow, regulate water microbial community structure, mediated between microorganisms gene transfer. The main metabolic pathway north of the Yellow Sea has a special location and unique marine ecosystem, the subject to be adopted metagenome technology, characteristics and genetic diversity of the northern Yellow Sea virioplankton community structure, gene function analysis, to explore the area of micro-organism . By analyzing the breeding areas in the sea, the estuary of the Yalu River, Yellow Sea and the border waters, cold water mass, warm current flowing through the coastal waters of the sediment surface VIRIOPLANKTON host genetic diversity differences, and environmental factors, to determine the factors that affect the diversity of the virus, investigate the effects of farming and other human activities on the community structure of the virus produced. The results of this study will help to reveal the northern Yellow Sea miniature biological and ecological characteristics of marine environmental warning, provide the basis for environmental assessment and repair.
