ABSTRACTPragmatic web is a inheritance and development of the semantic web, more emphasis on on how to better use web information for consumers. The research group proposed the concept of the pragmatic web services and applied to Web services management. Pragmatic-oriented Web services for network service management, which focused on theories, models, methods, and mechanisms of many aspects of the pragmatics web services. Specific research points include: performance-oriented modeling; semantic web service management system for the service location and discovery; ontology build and merge for service composition; service selection in composition; services and the requirements context description; Description Logic knowledge base consistency checking for P/E matchmaking; semantic rule based service discovery algorithm; MDA-based composite service verification. Achievements of the project includes: 65 published papers, of which 36 were indexed by EI, 1 national patent, 6 prototype systems, graduated MS students 6, Ph.D. 6. More... »
