ABSTRACT

First of all, we look for a new type of Mott insulator under certain ideas, and then induce metal insulator phase transition and other possible quantum ground state phase transitions by chemical and physical means. From the perspective of spin-charge-orbit coupling, these ground state transition laws, scale rates and electronic states are studied, and new superconductors and other singular electronic materials are sought. In the experiment, we will use electromagnetic thermal measurement to study the low-energy excitation properties and explore the possible evidence of orbital sequence, orbital wave and orbital existence. .. At the same time, we study the electronic phase diagram of high temperature superconductors, and use the Nernst effect to study the normal state. More... »
