ABSTRACT

The project aims to study strategic issues have a significant impact on the construction process of information in the future, clear information architecture for future research objectives and technical route, to provide reference for the development of the national construction industry development strategy. At present, China's information technology architecture compared with developed countries, in building collaborative design, service user needs, construction management and other aspects of information integration is still in a start-up and exploration stage. The project will systematically analyze the interaction mechanism between the various stages of the construction industry and relationships between the life cycle, to study the domain knowledge of the Uniform Building Information Modeling (BIM) and based on key technologies research BIM-based information integration technology to eliminate information silos for design, construction, maintenance and other various stages of information integration and sharing of information disclosure and the society as a whole and on the other, to reduce the manufacturing cost and construction cost of the construction industry to build a harmonious society, green buildings provide strong technical support.
