ABSTRACT

Graphene is a stable presence of the first two-dimensional crystals with unique electrical, thermal and mechanical properties, it has become an important front topic. Scientific issues for graphene research solved - how to get a large area, high-quality graphene, graphene how to improve relations in the solvent dispersion and workability, structure and properties presented herein. The chemical method utilizing graphene, by controlling the reaction conditions to improve graphene dispersed in a solvent and solution processing purposes, chemical modification of graphene, to achieve its functional. It intends to use chemical vapor deposition growth of large-area, high-quality graphene, the doping by changing its properties to study the effects of many factors graphene molecules and optimize growth conditions. Graphene preparation unit optoelectronic devices, such as: light-emitting diodes and field-effect transistor, graphene conductivity and carrier transport properties. Hoping to physical and chemical properties of graphene materials have a deeper understanding, and strive to form a unique research system, use structure modification and doping-control their optoelectronic properties, made in the design and preparation of novel high-performance graphene molecular devices breakthrough innovation, independent intellectual property rights. The study has important scientific significance and potential applications. More... »
