ABSTRACT

Cell-in-cell phenomenon has attracted widespread attention in the international community, this group is the only continuous study of cell-in-cell research group. Over the past 25 years focused on NK cells in tumor cells penetrate into the research process, we found several interesting phenomena (NK can drill cross germline stem cells, NK differentiation homologous tumor cells penetrate into the highest rate, NK tumor can cells and stem cell survival), led us out of immunology and cell-in-cell existing theoretical framework, the biological significance of NK drill Stem cells to think pure cell biology. We believe that the act may be NK terminal differentiation of cells on differentiation of stem cell origin return, in order to maintain its existence and realize the feedback of stem cells, and then adjust the guide stem cells differentiation strategy. The topic for this hypothesis to multiple strains of NK cells and 80 kinds of tumor cells, and 30 kinds of stem cells as an object, using mass spectrometry, SiRNA, chips and other technology, design experiments, with different degrees of differentiation NK drill varying degrees of differentiation of stem cells and different differentiation source molecular mechanisms of tumor cells, and NK's drill stem cell differentiation to study the biological significance of the analytical cell behavior.
