ABSTRACT

Tumor drug resistance and residual tumor cells tend to be the main reason for tumor recurrence and refractory, recent studies have found that a group of tumor cells resistant characteristics of stem cell-like tumor cells (also known as the Side Population, SP cells), which remains down seed cells become tumor recurrence. Resistant tumor stem cells and tumor cells are similar can escape conventional chemotherapy and survival, and more expression of ATP-binding cassette transporter protein family. What is the relationship of how isolated and targeted to kill cancer stem cells and cancer stem cells resistant to anti-apoptotic mechanisms are all subject to study. This study aims to find leukemia cells (primary / cell line) isolation and identification of leukemia stem cells (leukemia stem cell, LSC); the comparative resistance-associated protein expression in the resistant cells and LSC; looking for targeted killing LSC Protective effects clarify the resistance associated protein Pgp, Sorcin, and proteasome and other resistant cell apoptosis and LSC; new ways. Through this study, for the separation, identification and targeting LSC provide a new method to kill, to understand the LSC to provide anti-apoptotic mechanism clues for our in-depth study of cancer stem cell foundation.
