ABSTRACT

Archaea is a third form of life in the biosphere, the mechanism of transfer of genetic information, including DNA replication, repair and recombination, both of its own characteristics, but also close to the eukaryotes. Thus the study of ancient bacteria DNA replication mechanisms, both need to understand the phenomenon of life, but also for a comprehensive understanding of complex eukaryotes replication mechanisms provided inspiration. Hyperthermophilic archaea Pyrococcus horikoshii belong to the Archaea, which encodes a protein with multiple thermal stability. This study was first widely prevalent in Archaea, may be crystallized to try and replicate its junction D-family DNA polymerase enzyme and protein fragments More... »
