ABSTRACT

In this paper the design of electronic devices based on the spin of graphene nanoribbons for the purpose of using first-principles methods, experimental study in close contact frontier, to explore the formation mechanism of spin electronic devices. From the experimental validation of the proposed task model, the proper design research model (containing impurities, vacancies, etc.), to achieve the graphene nanoribbons Structure, electronic properties, and then study the electron spin transport properties, doping inquiry and defects of graphene nanoribbons modulation characteristics. And to explore the complex defects with electrical, magnetic, and optical properties of the causal link mechanism graphene nanoribbons system established between the defect structure of graphene nanoribbons / performance effective control system parameters. And build spintronic devices based on such graphene nanoribbons, the researchers associated with the regulation of parameters, to promote theoretical research design and application of graphene nanoribbons spintronic devices based on the latest experimental progress more closely, as the new electronic devices based on the spin of graphene nanoribbons application to lay a theoretical foundation.
